At this informal tasting learn more about pairing and matching wines with cheese as you chat with our expert hosts and compare samples from Blackwoods Cheese.
Blackwoods Cheese are an independent local cheese maker who will be at the table to guide us through producing techniques as we taste their signature cheeses. Each taster will then be presented in one of the courses of a specially designed menu.
The event will be hosted by Alison Taffs, who has created a hand-selected wine menu which has been specifically chosen to complement each signature cheese and consequent course.

About the Host
Alison is a talented drinks enthusiast and originally trained with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, since then she has created craft beer, wine & drinks menus for over 300 restaurants.
Founded in June 2013, Blackwoods Cheese Company produce raw milk soft cow's cheese in Brockley, SE London. All of their cheeses are made by hand using as little intervention as possible.
